Hi Folks!
I have some news regarding Blair Clemo’s workshop. We understand that committing to a full two-day workshop can be difficult for some, and the cost may also be a consideration. So, we’ve decided to give you the opportunity to participate in one or both days as an observer at a discounted rate of $75 for either day or $140 for both days.
Here’s a breakdown of what each day will cover:
 Saturday
Morning

Brief demonstration of different types of press molds and how they are used.
Demonstration of different approaches to modeling for sprig molds.
Participants begin creating their own sprig molds.
 Afternoon:

Introduction to casting with plaster.
Participants cast the sprig molds they created that morning.
 Sunday
Morning:

Demonstration of form molds, including approaches using the wheel and off the wheel.
Work time for participants to create models to cast.
 Afternoon:

Casting time, depending on progress and completed work.
Blair will demonstrate his own work and approaches to working with molds.
If you’re interested in attending Saturday, Sunday, or both days, as an observer, please message us directly! by @junkpotstudio

The best part of the day? Unloading the kilns.

There’s nothing quite like opening the kiln and seeing everyone’s creativity come to life. Every firing is full of surprises, and it’s always exciting to watch each maker’s ideas take shape.

At JunkPot Studio, we fire frequently, so there’s rarely a long wait to see your finished work. More making, less waiting—that’s how we like it. by @junkpotstudio

When I opened Junk Pot Studio a little over five years ago, I never imagined we’d have the opportunity to host artists whose work has inspired me for so long. It’s something I don’t take for granted, and I’m excited to share these experiences with all of you. Our 2026 workshop series start in a few weeks. @klineola will get things started August 15th and 16th followed by @abcpottery September 19th-20th. @candice_methe October 24th-25th. @austincoudriet November 13,14&15th and wrapping up the year is @taylorsijan November 21st & 22nd. Each artist brings a unique perspective to clay, and whether you’re looking to strengthen your foundations, push your creativity, or simply spend a weekend immersed in making, there’s something here for everyone.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Junk Pot Studio and helps make opportunities like this possible. I can’t wait to welcome these artists into our space and share these weekends with our awesome clay community.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now’s the time. We’d love to see you in the studio. by @junkpotstudio
