From a college class project to sharing what we’ve learned building SOSHE at HBS. Pretty surreal moment. Grateful for the journey, the people we’ve built with, and all the lessons along the way ❤️ taken in Harvard Business School by @junyi_wu

70+ Ultas visited and still a long way to go! Since launching SOSHE at Ulta, we’ve been traveling around the country meeting store teams, checking in on our displays, and learning so much along the way.

The best part has honestly been getting to know the people behind the stores. So grateful for how welcoming everyone’s been.

Still trying to make it to all 50 states! If you work at Ulta, drop your store or city below. Would love to visit! 🧡 by @junyi_wu
