Why do we use blended cultivars? We use Okumidori & Yabukita because they complement each other. Okumidori gives a smooth, sweet taste and beautiful green color, while Yabukita adds balanced umami. Together, they make a matcha that’s smooth, balanced, and easy to enjoy. 🥰 by @juri.matcha
