If you’ve ever worked with me, or I’ve had the blessing of leading a team you were on, there are probably two things you know about me: 1️⃣ I like to get sh*t done. 2️⃣ I lead from a people-first lens. For 20 years, I’ve built a career in hospitality-driven spaces and making the full-on switch into operations has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Whether it’s been nightlife and entertainment, startups, or F&B, creating structure that elevates experiences has always been my lane. And while I’m usually behind the scenes... I had to step forward for this one. ☀️ I’ve learned from some of the best to ever do it, grown a ton, and gained big-picture strategy that actually works. And now I’m pouring that into something of my own - built to support visionary founders, creative leaders, and service-based businesses who need more structure, more clarity, and more space to scale without burning out. So if you - or someone in your world - is launching or building something beautiful with heart and could use an operations anchor… ✨ I’m your human. 🥰 Welcome to SUNSTONE ☀️ Fractional Ops & Systems Strategy for Mission-Driven Founders Helping small businesses, creative entrepreneurs, and hospitality-rooted brands scale. #sunstoneops #fractionalops #creativefounders #smallbusinessstrategy #operationswithheart #hospitalityleaders #missiondrivenbusiness #operationsmanagement #mindfulleadership by @jusdey

“Yoouu Butthead!!” Our very own term of endearment! Not enough is said about the importance of Uncles in the lives of their nieces, and almost never of those closer in age but we’re so thankful for the 8yr age gap, it helped you show us the ropes and how to maneuver Chicago- Thanks for doing everything first so we didn’t have to and keeping it playa. Thank you for taking ownership of our safety from day 1!!! We’ve felt safe, protected and looked after our whole lives with the knowledge you would come if needed (BIG Aries Energy lol) and always knowing “I got a APB out on ya a**!” Thank you for being so proud to be our family, “Aye these my nieces man! My lil Buttheads!”(in the middle of a nightclub on a Saturday night) lol You taught us to be tough, the importance of having our own as growing women, to pay attention to everybody and everything, that it’s necessary to be both street and book smart, to listen more and act less, to be smooth in chaotic situations and to have a good ass time, “Cuz one thing a Hamilton gone do is have a drink and keep it playa” It takes a village and we truly know the value and importance of every Family member in helping to raise us, with a super fucking heavy heart and a ton of hurt you will never be forgotten, You are Ever Loved Butthead🖤 by @jusdey

A graduate. 🎓 Closing out August as a proud grad of the Chase for Business: Coaching for Impact program. Months of targeted growth aimed at Sunstone Ops Collective. Grateful to my coach, Branden Morris, for the guidance along the way, and to @chase / @jpmorganchase for building a program that invests in founders. Endings and beginnings, friends. Very excited to be in this space and for what’s to come. #CoachingForImpact #ChaseForBusiness #SunstoneOpsCollective #Hospitality #Operations by @jusdey

Half human. Half universe. I am no longer compatible with my old self. And I love that for me. Some Human: “You’ve changed.” Me: “Keep flirting 🤭🙃” This time of year is always a reminder to remember who the fuck I am, at the soul level.❤️‍🔥 Self-love alchemy. Let’s have fun. ☺️ #iykyk #Virgo #VirgoSeason #selflove #alchemy by @jusdey

Why fit in, when you’re custom made? The way you love yourself spills over into your love for others and the world around you. Love yourself deep enough to know that you’re that girl - and so is she. My light has never dimmed from helping yours rise; it only makes more room. 🌱✨ by @jusdey

T-plus 365. 1 year in with @sunstoneops . A year of deep work, becoming a student again, took on a 1-2 clients and built the foundation I refused to skip. If you’re building something right now, go at your own pace. There is no final version of the perfect offer. Just like there’s no final version of yourself. 🤍 Here’s to Year 2 and visibility 🥰☀️🤩💫 #sunstoneops #founderstory #yearone #womeninbusiness #hospitalityoperations by @jusdey
