#throwbackthursday to one of the best meets I’ve ever been apart of. Absolutely off the charts energy and excitement, our team at the mecca put it together but the crowd went crazy and brought the energy.

Can’t wait for the state meet on March 26th, if ever thought about doing a powerlifting meet I suggest you do. They’re a lot of fun and you learn so much about yourself when put on the platform.

#throwbackthursday to my yoke run @themeccagym strongest man. This even was definitely a doozy for me. Normally I’m better and have ran better than this but what are you going to do🤷🏼‍♂️ some days it’s just not there. Also I got penalized for dropping the yoke to soon but still came up after this. by @just_codis
