This isn’t just a gym — it’s a mindset.

Where discipline meets community, and every rep lifts more than just weight.

Welcome to Uplifted 💪🏼

Had a blast today @idahostrongmanchampionships. I did really well on fingals finger, Conan’s wheel and hit an all time pr of 650 on deadlifts, with maybe a little more in the tank. Stones were brutal but I managed to get one. Thanks to @akoppstrongman_nutrishop for pushing me to keep going. I zeroed on axle which is okay. It was nice to compete with friendly competitors and have my whole family, wife and Cookie Monster at the comp. Strongman is definitely a humbling sport and has helped teach me sportsmanship. Everyone did an excellent job and pushed their limits.
Huge shoutout to @sky_voshell for helping coach me and giving me confidence to do my best

Leg workout from hell 🔥

@krisgethin and his good friend and client, @max25steffens got in a leg workout together at @themeccagym a while back so Kris could check his form, range of motion, and intensity. ⁣
⁣
As usual, it turned into another crazy leg workout for both of them. ⁣
⁣
They did something a little different than normal to shock Max’s system and open the door for creativity.
⁣
Max’s mindset and transformation has been phenomenal to witness.⁣
⁣
Within less than a year, he dropped almost 100lbs of fat and put on a considerable amount of muscle.⁣
⁣
He put on 9.7lbs of muscle and lost nearly 5% body fat - unbelievable! ⁣

To the haters who say that you can’t put on muscle and burn fat; @krisgethin and his clients have been proving you wrong for over 20 years and will continue to do so. ⁣
⁣
Look to people like Max who likely didn’t consider a transformation for many years- but within a year he’s a became a completely new boss, husband, father and friend…….who’s now also kicking Kris’s ass cycling 🚴‍♀️ 😉
