Thank you to everyone who called, texted, posted, celebrated, and showed me love yesterday. I felt it all, and I’m deeply grateful.37 feels different.Not because I’ve arrived, but because I’m finally seeing the return on years of discipline, sacrifice, growth, and intentional work.Today, I’m in the strongest place I’ve ever been mentally, physically, professionally, and personally. Not by chance. By choice.And I know none of it happened alone.Every lesson, opportunity, setback, and breakthrough was shaped by people who believed in me, challenged me, supported me, and loved me along the way.The work isn’t done.I’m still growing.Still learning.Still evolving.But at 37, the biggest shift is this: I’m embracing every part of who I am and giving myself permission to be all of it.Grateful for the journey.
