POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The Slutvics all came out for this, and there was a conjuring of Baba Yaga for the first ever queer Slavix rave in Berlin. See you there Saturday September 12th they made a coven to start the magic :

Diva FM puts his favourite track on and Misha Meg takes the stage, so all the bodies get closer, and everything gets a little saltier. It’s the Sweat, Sokol, pickles, and bad decisions; everything will have to be explained later but Baba approves.

Marmorbar becomes the witch’s house for this night.

Two floors full of freedom.

@baba.yaga.club is raising money for Quarteera e. V. The LGBTIQ* nonprofit organization based in Germany that has been advocating for the rights of LGBTIQ* refugees and migrants from Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus since 2011.
The organization supports LGBTIQ* refugees and migrants as they navigate their new lives in Germany, while also raising awareness of the multiple forms of discrimination they face.
A central part of Quarteera’s work is establishing and defending queer communities, promoting arts and culture, and engaging in political education.
On 12 September 2026, throughout the entire event, donations will be collected to support Quarteera e. V. and their work. by @justarttours

She is coming.

Follow the smoke.

A spell brewed from folk,
hardbass,
techno,
Balkan rhythms.

Stir until possessed.

For the witches.
The wolves.
The twinks.
The dolls.
The butches.
The lovers.
The lost Slavs.

On Friday April 10th, the one night opening of “Masking” the group exhibition inside TRIEB.

Featuring the video work “Bring me his Heart, 2013” by Dante Buu. @dante_buu

Dante Buu is a performance artist from Montenegro. His practice is of love, disobedience,
intimacy and freedom. Using his body and its emotional and physical transformations as the main
medium, Buu’s extensive durational performances take the form of sculptures, installations, video,
drawings, photography, prose poetry and hand-embroidery. In Dante Buu’s works the bodily
act of creation, as a form of continued action, breaks the artistic and societal norms such as:
private vs. public, being good vs. being bad and breathing vs. suffocating.
Buu represented Montenegro at the 59th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di
Venezia 2022, and his works have been presented at numerous international exhibitions and
festivals.
Dante Buu lives and works between Rožaje and Berlin.

I am pleased to announce showing works by the wonderfully talented Vincent Wechselberger inside TRIEB party tomorrow. DM for details. @vincenttiberius is an Austrian photographer who works between Berlin and London. In his intimate and often highly personal images, he explores identity, social status, and the body, as well as their layered and complex intersections. Wechselberger has published the zine Holes, a series of 70 photographed buttholes accompanied by texts celebrating queerness and the relationship to this particular body part, as well as the photobook Ready, which focuses on queer sex workers. His upcoming photo book explores a fundamental, transcendent aspects of humanity: a need to connect and to feel safe. The book will be published in collaboration with the UK-based publisher SMUT Press. Wechselberger’s work has been widely exhibited across Europe at leading photography festivals and institutions, with presentations at the Bundeskunsthalle Bonn and NRW-Forum. His first solo exhibition will open in September at the 1014 Gallery in London. by @justarttours

Featured in the exhibition “Masking”
Opening on TRIEB , Friday November 10th at 9pm, Yan Chmarau is a Belarusian artist living in Berlin whose practice works with found objects and low-resolution digital material, drawing from subcultural contexts and everyday residues. In his works Yan selects fragments of contemporary life that are often ignored or degraded and puts them in new contexts, changing how they operate materially and symbolically.
For Trieb, he presents a site-specific installation in the dark room based on unclaimed objects from lost & found in adult venues, left behind and never picked up.
Items left behind in moments of distraction, desire, and temporary loss of control are presented as compressed and sealed evidence. The installation becomes a site where something remains visible but structurally inaccessible - as if it were evidence of an event that can no longer be accessed. by @justarttours

On Friday April 10th, the one night opening of “Masking” the group exhibition inside TRIEB. Featuring works by Christa Joo Hyun D’Angelo. Who is an American artist working in video, installation, sculpture, and neon. The core of D’Angelo’s work confronts fear, vulnerability, and what is thus invisible by confronting violent emotional truths and social estrangement in relationships and in romantic partnerships. Drawing on personal narratives, colonial history, and memory, she navigates lewd behaviors and precarious conditions and attempts to redefine what is normal while embracing difference as a source of inspiration and empowerment in order to create new means of belonging while forging empathetic strategies that resist hegemonic categorization. Her works have been exhibited at KINDL Centre for Contemporary Art, Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg, Kunstverein Braunschweig, Hua International, and The Goethe Institut. D’Angelo’s work has been reviewed in Artforum, Art in America, Elephant Magazine, and The New York Times and is included in The Federal Collection of Contemporary Art Germany. She has worked on video productions for musicians Fever Ray and performance artist Christeene Vale and was a part of MTV Germany’s 2021 Pride Campaign. Her first monograph, Fatal Attraction, was published by Mousse Publishing in 2023. She has lectured at European University Viadrina, New Academy of Fine Arts Milan, and was a visiting lecturer at Muthesius University of Fine Arts and Design in Kiel Germany as well as Humboldt University. by @justarttours
