Walking through Aburi Botanical Gardens felt like stepping into stillness. The kind of quiet that resets you without asking. The kind of beauty you don’t rush.

If Ghana is on your list, put Aburi at the top.
You deserve moments that soften you like this.

What place has brought you the most peace lately?
Tell me so I can add it to my list.

I learned not to measure my life against anyone else’s peak. My lowest season shaped the happiest version of me. Surviving changed everything. #layeredsoftly #cancer by @justbeink

You’ve been pushing through pain and calling it normal. Suppressing symptoms. Postponing appointments. Feeling like your body’s failing you when it’s really been fighting for you.

This is your reminder:
See the doctor.
Do the bloodwork.
Reset—on purpose.

And if you need a soft reminder to keep choosing yourself…this sweatshirt is it.

Risked it all with a pre-vacation glow treatment… and came out radiant

Daily SPF was my real MVP: Glow Recipe Dew Balm SPF 45 + Paula’s Choice Youth-Extending SPF 50 …every. single. morning.
Protected glow only

What’s your go-to SPF duo when you’re traveling somewhere sunny? Drop it below so I can add to my travel skincare list

Soft life isn’t just the skincare and flights.
It’s the fiber, the labs, the vitamins, the therapy.
The glow and the guts.
That’s the real self-care.

My toxic trait is gatekeeping my hairstylist because I believe in protecting peace and appointments. Am I wring for this? 😂🫠#dmv #dmvhairstylist taken in DMV by @justbeink
