POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This week has reminded me that lite holds space for a lot of emotions.

Grief.
Anger.
And thankfully... laughter too.

I came across this old video of @justbeink and me and couldn’t help but laugh.

Friends who let you be completely yourself are a gitt.
Here’s your reminder today: don’t take yourself so seriously.

In February, I had the opportunity to ✈️ visit Cartagena, Colombia 🇨🇴 with some friends and trust me I’d definitely visit again the place is beautiful.

Of course, I took the opportunity to do some mini shoots 📸. So here’s me finally getting around to sharing some moments from Colombia. 🇨🇴

I used to think love was proven by what you could endure. But friendship showed me love that doesn’t hurt to hold.
The kind that prays with you, laughs with you, and stays when life gets real. Healing looks like realizing some bonds were always the real love story.

Thank you @justbeink , for being a friend!

My Mondays have slowed down a lot since July 14… no office grind, no early meetings, just slower mornings. 🌿

But in this car ride with @justbeink , she said it best: “We’re going to be millionaires, in Jesus name.” 💸🙌🏾

✨ Some Mondays are about surviving, others are about believing. How are you starting your week?

In a weekend of ups, downs, tears, joy and uncertainties of what’s to come, the Lord said ‘Time to shine and come out of the background.’

I hosted my first event, ‘Brunch ‘n Boots’ to gather women of all different backgrounds, ages and experiences to connect with intention and for purpose.

Then I spent Mother’s day with my mom at Pimlico for more brunch (Apparently there’s a theme here 😂) It was beautiful again to see women who constantly nurture and sacrifice for their loved ones, take some time for themselves and celebrate the love and warmth of motherhood.

Live unapologetically because your life is precious. Make the most of the time you have.

Shine because your light is so precious. You never know who needs the glow of your existence. ✨
