“Busy” is just what under-built businesses feel like from the inside.

Infrastructure isn’t sexy. It’s SOPs, role clarity, dashboards, and decision rules. The unglamorous stuff that lets talented people produce reliable output without you in every thread.

If every question still routes to you, you don’t have a team. You have a group of people waiting on a person.

Lord, we are tired of playing games. We are tired of playing it safe. Holy Spirit, invade our homes, our schools, our families. Come and reign in our lives. I don’t know about y’all, but I don’t want to be a normal Christian, I want to live in the fullness of being His Son. I want to be governed by the Holy Spirit so that He can do whatever He wants.

The veil is torn. Don’t hide behind normalcy, be arrested by His love. Let heaven from the inside out! Let the Holy Spirit do whatever He wants. Creation is waiting for us to fully walk in to what Jesus’ died for. Let’s pull on Him and see Him manifest in everything we do, no matter the cost! by @justdavidroche

The Lord is Good. I’m sadden because we say it so casually instead of genuinely realizing that He truly is Good. There’s never been a moment in my life, when I reminisced on His Goodness and Faithfulness, that I remained sad or discouraged. He’s always a Good Father. He never lets me down (in His ways, not mine). He’s always with me.

I want to encourage you that even though you’re feeling sad, depressed or stressed, just remember Who He is and what He has done. Let thanksgiving pour out of you. All of a sudden, joy will bubble up out of you and cause you to praise and worship like you’ve never have before. It ALWAYS works because He’s ALWAYS Good! by @justdavidroche

Day and night, we will be doing one thing, beholding the Lamb. He is the Center for all of eternity. He was, is and will forever be the Chorus of Heaven and Earth.

May we not wait until we die to see Him. May we let the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation open our eyes to behold the King of kings and the Lord of lords. May we not let complacency and trials silence us from adorning Him with our praise and worship. He is Worthy of it all, and He is Worthy of it right now! by @justdavidroche

I’m not going to lie, with this season and what the Lord has been walking me through, this has been blessing me more than ever. Our circumstances don’t change God’s Character. Our hardships don’t change His Nature. Our wounds don’t change His Heart toward us.

As you let Him walk through the hardships and brokenness, let Him remind you that He is Faithful. As you let Him heal your wounds, let Him remind you that He is Good. As tears fall down your face, let Him remind you that He is Love.

Side note: thank you so much, Kaleigh, for writing this song. Me singing it reminded me of how Good God is. I’m so grateful that you shared your heart to the world (it’s all on all platforms under Habitation Worship / Worthy). by @justdavidroche

Y’all, I’m not going to lie, this has been something that I’ve needed more than ever, keeping Him the Center of my gaze. Not letting the storm distract me, but letting His eyes lead me. The enemy doesn’t need you to sin, he just needs you distracted. What made Peter sink wasn’t because the storm wasn’t there; the storm was always there. When he locked eyes with Jesus, the storm wasn’t the issue. The moment he looked away, he let the distraction waver his steps.

May we let His Love overwhelm us that we never want to lose our gaze. May we let Him be the Center in everything. When He is the Center, nothing will faze you, no matter how big the storm. Jesus is the Center, and He is Worthy of our eyes. by @justdavidroche

After doing the song, I sent it to Brother Noah to mix it, shoutout to this man (check his page for some amazing content, @noah_stefano). During that time, I was dreaming with the Lord on how this will bless so many people. I was no longer operating in false humility, I was agreeing with the Lord knowing that this will cause an impact to people. My obedience will set a wave of bringing purity to the nations and in Churches.

My last encouragement in this series is don’t live in false humility. Be confident in what Jesus has given you. Dream with Him knowing that it will impact Churches, shift nations and change hearts. You are not small or insignificant, you are the Righteousness of Christ. You are His Beloved. Just like Jesus, the world is for you to release the Light. It’s time we rise up as His sons and daughters and be Jesus in the World!
