Rich in life because this is my baby daddy, and husband!

He is not just a Dad, but truly a Father! He is one who loves deeply, protects, gives identity, and leads us so well.

Happy Father’s Day, my love! We will follow you anywhere as long as you are following the Father. Elijah and I love you so much!

Most founders think they’re disorganized because they’re busy.

They’re not.

They’re disorganized because revenue scaled faster than the systems behind it. More clients, more hires, more tools, same founder-shaped bottleneck.

“Busy” is just what under-built businesses feel like from the inside.

Infrastructure isn’t sexy. It’s SOPs, role clarity, dashboards, and decision rules. The unglamorous stuff that lets talented people produce reliable output without you in every thread.

If every question still routes to you, you don’t have a team. You have a group of people waiting on a person.

Start with the bottleneck. Fix one workflow fully. Then the next.

You’re not behind. You’re just under-built for the size you already are.

It doesn’t matter if you have the right words, the right steps, the right tools, if you don’t believe that you’re already a big business, you will cap yourself.

Don’t let people diminish who you are. Don’t let the small beginnings discourage you. The Lord told Zechariah not to despise small beginnings. You’ll look back and see that when everyone was surprised that you made it, you’ll be confident knowing that you already knew you were going to be big.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed with your backends and need assistance creating a better flow for you systems and processes so you can focus more on your business, comment “Leads” to join our waitlist!

i know we are supposed to post “cute” post today, but I opted out, I wanted to testify.

last year, i was in the hospital on Thanksgiving fighting what seemed like for my life, and in extreme pain where i constantly had to be drugged to not be screaming in pain. I was either up crying, or sleeping from thr drugs. my abdomen was filled with fluid, and doctors had no idea why. My baby boy was 3 months, and my husband was working full time, and trying to keep it all together. it was a loooooong journey!

this Thanksgiving, I’m with family, not in pain. having good food, and conversations! and it is by the mercies of God that I am healthy, whole, and loved!

Im thankful for Jesus.
He has kept me this year.
When the doctors were unsure, He was.

I’m thankful for my husband, David.
He ain’t perfect, but he’s everything to baby Elijah + myself
he held me so well this last year, and I’m thankful.

thankful for family! couldn’t do much without them!

thinking over the last year, I have lots to be thankful for. cause like Travis Greene said, “you made a way, when our backs were against the wall, and it looked as if it was over — you made a way.”
