At the Galway film fleadh last year when I got to meet with one of my favourite directors @frankberryfilm .

I was delighted when a month later, I got send an audition tape for The Lost Children of Tuam.

The next day, I felt compelled to drive to Tuam. I parked in a residential estate which backed onto the cordoned off site of Bon Secours Mother and Baby home.

I sat in the car, cried, and wondered how many others came to this housing estate to do the same.

I feel so blessed to have played a small part in sharing of this hugely important story.

And I hope it’s one you all get to see.
