Happy Grati-Tuesday.

Forgive us for repeating--that WE MUST ALL DO OUR OWN RESEARCH.

We are bombarded by sugar marketing daily. It is why America is sicker than most countries--both physically and mentally.

Naturally--we are well. Humans are diurnal animals--healthier in the wild.

Let's get SMARTER together!!!
We are so grateful for technology and the internet (and even the NIH--who sometimes removes information...but all out there).

WE love you!

Last week's Friday Gratitude Hike was barefoot, grounded and extra healing! But the biggest treat was meeting two young ambassadors, earthing, tech free, with words that left an indelible mark on our hearts.

Please LISTEN to their wisdom & ENJOY.
We are Nature!!! We are one. We love you.

Moving forward our gratitude hike meet ups will be in collaboration with our partner Coastal Monks right after school, Friday's at 3 p.m. meeting at the Moulton Meadows Trail Head near Sommet du Monde. Please join us! #gooutsideandplay #loveoneanother #earthing @sngarske @arolyn_burns @evelinanalini @holistichealthtravel @groske @michelle_highberg thank you -

We are like trees when we spread our branches, treasure our roots and seed love ❤️ in one another.

Sharing some nature self care and forest bathing, fun for balance. Thank you @ccharitiesusa for introducing us to this magical place!

SHINE, a critical short film to help US ALL find balance in this digital age, is on tomorrow 11 30 a.m. at UCI

Today, we talked about SHINE and many other brilliant creations on a filmmaker brunch cruise with @citycruises @nbffaction .

It felt amazing to Just Gather with creatives from all over the world. The Newport Beach Film Fest team crafted a morning of Nature, the Arts & Gratitude aligned to our mission for inner peace ✌️ ❤️. Hope to see you at the movies!!! We love when you SHINE! @mikkiwillisofficial @michelle_highberg taken in Newport Beach, California by @justgatherwellness

WAY TO GO, Azai!!! We are impressed beyond measure by your service to humanity.

Just Gather is all about supporting our Gen Z and Alpha Gen social health leaders.

We have been humbled 🙂 by Azai Willis's leadership and willingness to be a Just Gather digital detox ambassador.

And great news! Azai's film Shine is in @coastfilmfestival. And...even more exciting it is paired with Your Attention Please, another Just Gather aligned film. We cannot wait to see it!

Azai is the youngest filmmaker in the festival, too. If you have not yet gotten your tickets for Saturday, 10/24 @lagunabeachculturalartscenter please do so today! Students are joining from @lbhsasb and @tmswaveriders.#communtiy #mentalwellnessisourgoal #digitaldetox #loveoneanother #gooutsideandplay by @justgatherwellness

We want to help YOU CHILL as much as possible 😌

As a mental wellness nonprofit, we talk a lot about emotional regulation.
For a change, we are sharing some tips on thermo- regulation.

And...yes it is hot 🔥 but we are RESILIENT...
Plus, we are grateful we are not wearing fur coats like many in our animal family.

Love to all. Maybe see you soon!!! We have a pop up for shade 😎. #community #loveoneanother #gooutsideandplay #Gratitude #mentalwellnessisourgoal by @justgatherwellness
