Laguna Beach brought the best energy for Coast Film & Music Festival. 🌊🎬 Another great screening of “Your Attention Please”, followed by a thoughtful conversation on taking back our time from Big Tech. So great to meet the team from @justgatherwellness who shared the panel and talked about how essential it is to bring more nature into our offline time. 🌿 Also, a big thanks to the festival coordinators for hosting and providing the coolest goodie bag full of items to make going offline much easier! Even after a few of these screenings, the conversations never get old—every community brings its own unique perspective. The panel might be over, but the real work happens when we go home. I encourage everyone to continue these conversations at the dinner table, with your family, and in your own neighborhoods. And of course please check out our website to get ideas, inspiration and to start planning your Global Day of Unplugging gathering! 🎉 You can watch the documentary right at home on Apple TV to help kickstart the discussion. 📺✨ #YourAttentionPlease #CoastFilmFestival #GlobalDayOfUnplugging #DigitalWellness #UnpluggedVillage

A beautiful afternoon at Alta Laguna Park celebrating Just Gather Wellness with the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce. Just Gather is doing important work right here in our community — helping kids and adults disconnect from the digital noise, reconnect with one another, and cultivate gratitude, positive mindsets and mental wellness. In a world that gives us plenty of reasons to be distracted, stressed and disconnected, I can’t think of a better cause than helping people practice gratitude and genuine human connection. Congratulations to the entire Just Gather team! 💙 #LagunaBeach #JustGather #Gratitude #Community #MentalWellness
