If you ask, “Can I pick your brain?” to someone you’re trying to learn from, you’ve already made a mistake.

The fastest way to build meaningful relationships and gain knowledge isn’t by asking for someone’s time—it’s by taking action first and leading with value before you ask for value.

Give first. Learn second.

That’s how trust is built.
That’s how doors open.
That’s how opportunities find you.

I share this with love. by @justindavismba

I remember the day I realized this:
When I had a job, nothing was more important than that job.

I didn’t have to have quiet time with God.
I didn’t have to kiss my wife.
I didn’t have to eat breakfast with my kids.
I didn’t have to go to the gym.

But I had to go to work.

It’s hard to unsee that once you see it.

Grateful God showed me another path.
Here to encourage anyone who wants it — and to show you it’s possible. by @justindavismba

I remember the hundreds of sleepless nights vividly.

Depleted savings. Maxed-out credit cards. More uncertainty than I care to remember.

Doing what I had to do to realize a dream that I didn’t know would happen.

Looking back, was it worth it? Absolutely.

Would I recommend everyone take the same risks? Absolutely not.

Wrapping up my Dallas builder tour with Duane Garza of @newdallasdevelopments.

I knew we had to connect as fellow Christians, world travelers, marathon runners, and luxury home builders.

Although our time together was short, I learned a lot and really enjoyed the connection.

Looking forward to the next time we link up! by @justindavismba
