POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This beauty was dreamed, written down, thrown aside, designed, developed and brought to life by a great pair of friends. Then it was sold! We are happy! Celebrate and achievement of a friend going all in on their dreams. That’s not the end of the story, it’s just beginning with the next page being written by the new owners, new life, first days and birthdays. Sometimes we don’t think of what a house holds, just what holds it up or together. To me it’s the story, the memory. Let’s build yours, let’s make the next chapter great. Together. #damonthesmartchoice #serhant

The greatest assignments from God don’t just require vision. They require faithfulness.

It’s easy to pray for greater things. It’s another thing entirely to carry the responsibility that comes with them.

Every opportunity is an invitation to steward something that ultimately belongs to Him.

We’ve been entrusted with something, and one day we’ll give an account for how we managed it.

Build well. Lead well. Serve well.

Not because you’re trying to prove your worth, but because you understand the weight of the assignment.

I want to be found faithful with what God placed in my hands.

The calling is a privilege. The responsibility is sacred. The faithfulness is what matters.

Of everything that went into bringing this one to life, what I’m most proud of isn’t necessarily something tangible.

It’s having the courage to pursue a dream and the determination to truly see it through. From the early mornings sketchy out the business plan to being all in.

I’m extremely proud of what @justindavismba and I have created, incredibly grateful for everyone who played a part in bringing this vision to life, and more excited than ever for what’s ahead.

A reminder to myself, and maybe someone else who needs to hear it: Don’t let the fear of going after something bigger keep you from going after it.

And to @justindavismba thank you for everything. I’m genuinely proud to stand beside you as your partner. 🤝 Looking forward to what’s to come.

Here’s to what’s next.

Ladies and gentlemen… this is the part they don’t put on the highlight reel.
The deals get the headlines, but it’s the people in rooms like this who make them happen. Agents who share what works, show up for each other, and raise the standard for every client we serve.
There is no US without U. Grateful for this crew and we’re just getting started in Texas.

@ssmaneck Seek as much knowledge as you can. Become a better version of yourself. Surround yourself with the right people. Take action.

I remember the hundreds of sleepless nights vividly.

Depleted savings. Maxed-out credit cards. More uncertainty than I care to remember.

Doing what I had to do to realize a dream that I didn’t know would happen.

Looking back, was it worth it? Absolutely.

Would I recommend everyone take the same risks? Absolutely not.

It has been an amazing past 3 months, I wouldn’t trade for anything. The friends I’ve made and the collaboration here is second to none. Serhant. has not changed my business but revealed it to me the alignment that I needed, the systems and processes they have perfected to serve with my same focus on a larger scale. #soldwithsmart #thesmartgroup #Serhant #serhanttexas #damonthesmartchoice

The SERHANT. Houston team came together this month, and it reminded us what it’s all about. 🏡
A stunning new build at 7719 Bryonwood, a room full of support, and a reminder that the people we share the journey with matter most. Build the dream, but never forget to celebrate it with the ones who make it meaningful. 💙
