“Change is hard because people overestimate the value of what they have and underestimate the value of what they may gain by givin’ that up.”

I learned a skillset 4 years ago that has allowed me to catapult every aspect of my life ! This same skillset has positioned me to be 80% DEBT free, while also helpin’ a solid amount of people pay their debts down & create financial independence. Options Tradin’ is the skillset that has been the game changer for me & my aim is to coach as many men & women who aspire to learn.

I hosted A Pathway To Financial Freedom 101 class in December of 2023 & had an amazin’ turnout ! We discussed & dissected numerous strategies & characteristic traits to be successful in this lane. This was the first of many to come ! Major major thank you to @eventsbynishaka & @jusfit.studio for gracefully assistin’ ! 🤞🏾🖤💯

Great mornin’ world !

I have a few life hacks that have been profound for me over the last few years & I believe ya’ll could greatly benefit from ‘em:

1. Set an exceptional standard for what you accept in your life or you’ll find it all to easy to settle for a quality of life lower than what you deserve.

2. In relation to most acts of initiative & creation, there’s one main elementary truth — the moment one definitely commits oneself, providence moves through.

3. Stay committed to your decisions & visions but remain flexible in your approach. I switched career lanes after I saw it would be 10x more profitable & beneficial to my livelihood goals.

4. Become more disciplined with WHO you’re spendin’ time around & more importantly, WHAT you’re spendin’ time on.

PSA: If anyone is interested in doin’ an In Person/Virtual One on One to learn how to become a skilled Options Trader, get with me‼️

Saturday Mornin’ Motivation ! 2022 HIGHLIGHTS

It’s most definitely been a year to remember, one for the books !

I’ve conquered. I’ve grown. I’ve stretched. I’ve jumped hurdles. I’ve climbed mountains, literally & figuratively. I’ve helped others. I’ve been helped. I’ve learned. I’ve taught.

I’m beyond grateful for everything that went right this year & even more grateful for everything that went wrong - God has shown me that it wasn’t for me - that greater is.

Take the time to write down all that you accomplished this year & then reflect on those things for at least a few hours. That reflective, introspective, metacognitive time spent will equate to so much more. Trust me. Pat yourself on the back for bein’ as strong as you’ve been throughout the year. Pat yourself on the back for stayin’ focused & givin’ your all throughout the year. Max love & light to you all ! Light UP !

Cheers to an EXPLOSIVE year ! Cheers to an even more EXPLOSIVE year to come ! 🥂🍻🧨💣⚡️

LEG DAY FINISHER: 20 Weighted (Plated) Box Jumps. I increased the weight every 5 box jumps. 💀

🗣️ No challenge, no change. That’s it. That’s the message.

Leg work, shoulder work, bicep work & core work all wrapped in one. These jaunts weren’t light money at all ! I thought about redoin’ the video so it was 100% clean but then I thought “Nahhhhhh. I prefer the rawness.” Everything isn’t always perfect in life & challengin’ shit is rarely easy, so here we are.

5 Zercher Barbell Bulgarian Split Squat into Front Lunge per leg X 4 rounds. Challenge yourself with these for a monstrous twist. 🤞🏾🦾

Really workin’ to get up to 700 lbs. No challenge, no change ! If you pick it up & can’t put it down, it’s NOT a deadlift. 😤💯

When I met you a few years back, I never imagined it would turn into anything this special & lovely. We developed a true, genuine friendship & that laid the foundation for what was to come. We both planted seeds of laughter, clear expression & communication, openness & closeness that we’d never before experienced.

I asked God to send me a woman that would help balance out my aggressive personality, that would pray for me, compliment my truest character, my heart, mindset, goals & dreams but above all — I asked God to send me a woman that would aid me in what He called me to be & do on this earth. He sent you..

The age gap between us scared me so deeply initially. It made me second guess if I was makin’ the right decision to pursue a bond & relationship with you. I believe that authentic relationships & marriages are formed & built by true adoration, respect, honesty, understandin’, loyalty, forgiveness & push through. We share every ingredient for a healthy relationship & healthy marriage. I’m forever grateful for you. I love you chocolate Queen.

Friday Mornin’ Motivation‼️

Life is goin’ to test you without question. Some of the tests will make you feel like you aren’t doin’ anything right. That’s how I felt for a while if I’m bein’ honest. It’s on YOU to turn the test into part of your testimony. I’m the furthest from perfect but I put forth maximum effort in relation to my growth & development across all aspects of life. Challenge yourself beyond where you’re comfortable. Delayed is NOT denied. Remember that. 💯

🗣️ Monday Motivation‼️

It’s been a long time since I’ve really challenged myself beyond my limits. My life flipped upside down for the past 2 years & left me the most unmotivated I’ve ever been in my 33 years of livin’.

Everything spiraled downward so damn fast. From losin’ my crib, losin’ my car, losin’ some childhood friends, my mom gettin’ sick with a life-threatenin’ rare blood disease. And then to top it all off, there’s a strong possibility that I have Lupus. I’m waitin’ on this Rheumatology appointment at Duke.

I’ve always been one of the healthiest people I know. Anywhere I’ve ever went. Any state, any city. I’ve eaten clean majority of my life. I’ve trained my body to be tight, strong & elite for years on years. So I found myself askin’ God why this would happen to me, of all people — why me ? You know ? But, that’s how the enemy works at times. A warrior doesn’t fold, even if he falls. I had to really dig deep & find my why, to find my way back. I had to really lock back in with me. With who I really am, with what I really do. I’m still takin’ it day by day. But it’s lookin’ bright, again. Old DAWG.

If you’re goin’ through some shit, trials & tribulations — keep goin’ until you get to the other side. The sun gon’ shine on you again. 🤞🏾☀️💯

More work, less “gym selfies” & less talk. 🦍

🗣️ I’ve legit been through hell & high water on this journey. Peaks & valleys. Ups & downs. Highs & lows. But I honestly wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. The valleys built fortitude, strength & discipline. The peaks showed me what was possible. Presently, PUSH U🎓 is showin’ others what’s achievable when you apply focus and determination‼️📊🎓💰
