Trance is so back 💫

A couple videos @tixology_ca caught of me last night at @poa.tiki, I’m so happy with what we’ve been able to do with Exo, and @ttev.n, @chelseagaut, @camille_hendricks, and @yohannmanji have done so much for the scene, not to mention all the @exo.ottawa DJs. Thank you all for coming out on Sundays, and I can’t wait to see more of you there!

I’ll see you at Sky Lounge this Friday when I open XCXosphere with @dj_mewmew from 10-11!

(I know some of the clips are hard house, I promise I played mostly trance)

Despite having a smaller population than Toronto and gaining independence only 64 years ago, Jamaica has punched well above its weight in modern music history, and the Jamaican diaspora in the UK and beyond have left their mark on EDM, pioneering soundsystem culture, and directly contributing significantly to the development of Jungle and DnB, bringing dub to edm, as well as having heavy influence on modern pop and rock. On August 7th, we’re celebrating Jamaica’s independence and contributions to music, with @d_f0rreal, @djgosimoka, and @justus.walker showcasing the different sides of Jamaica’s legacy on jungle, dancehall, dubstep, and beyond

Tickets are in our bio, one love, and see you there!
