This week we have an XDJ AZ courtesy of @mengnan6969, EDM and adjacent genres are welcome, but for the time being we are putting a pause on hard dance. Headphones are available upon request, all you need to bring is a Rekordbox formatted USB

Four locations. Four powerhouse DJs. Zero compromises. 💥 Pulling off a multi-site event like this takes an army (pun intended!), but we made history today. Thank you to everyone who ran, danced, and brought the energy. We did it! 👟🎶🏆##civicengagement #ottawaevents #armystrong #OttawaWeddings #ottawalife

Open Decks are always a fun watch! 🔥🤘

Got some clips and pics from tonight's @exo.ottawa 's open decks at @thehubar (free every sunday!) ✨️🕺

Was able to catch 3 djs:

- @kyal0000 with some DNB Action! 🔥
- @powersurgeuptempo of @revvedup.event playing some hard uptempo! 🥵
- and @justus.walker ending the night with some bangers! 😎

Apparently I speak WOMP now. 🔊

Came to EXOSPHERE for Open Decks. I disappeared into the night. Kandi at the table. DJs leaving their names on the EXO coat. Fog upstairs. Techno, dubstep, hardstyle, and new moves exchanged on the dancefloor (got seriously crazy).

I stopped filming the wildest dubstep because the WOMP demanded participation. I may have attempted to realign the Earth’s axis on a few drops. 😂

This one felt different. Not just music playing in a room... people creating something together. DJs supporting DJs, dancers feeding the floor... kandi being made and shared.

Peace • Love • Unity • Respect. 🖤
See you on the dancefloor.

Thanks for the chats in the fog @thehubar , @justus.walker and @tixology_ca .

First time DJing, honestly the set didn’t go as I hoped it would have but I can make excuses or I can get better.
