I don’t look like your typical fitness “influencer” that you see on social media but that’s the WHOLE point. Being active and working on yourself doesn’t have or require a look.

It’s about how you feel after you thought you can’t do something but you did it anyways.

This race was never about the time. It’s about going outside of my comfort zone and pushing myself past doubt. I used to think that I wasn’t an athlete growing up therefore I can’t possibly do this. There’s no way. THIS IS THE POINT.

Never doubt your capabilities. Never doubt yourself. Everyone is unique and everyone has their strengths. Lean into it and be fearless cuz almost always you already have that drive in you 🤍

As someone who hates running and as the slow runner, LITERALLY SO SO PROUD OF US!! FIRST HYROX IN THE BOOKS.

Cant even begin to explain how surreal the experience was and to be able to share it with such superwoman like my partner who not only push everyone around her but push herself always for greatness 🤍

With both of us being so so busy with our lives then had every like what seem to be hurdles come our way before the race, we really did that!!

This is from us to all the powerful women out there who are always strong every single day that we may not necessarily see on social media 🥂
