MONDAY WAVING FOUNDATIONS

@basedancestudios 6–7pm.

Class Covering:

• Foundation & basics
• Technique & flow
• Concepts
• Fressatyle development

Waving is a street dance style rooted in the West Coast US scene. It's built around creating the illusion of a continuous wave flowing through your body like energy or liquid moving from your fingertips all the way through your arms, chest, and legs.
It's one of the most body-aware styles in street dance.

Thats what makes it rare & somthing all dancer should have.

Let's keep building it together 👊

When I realise how much of this is just pure improvement. I must say, it does make me think about how easy it is for me to play with all the knowledge I have and sit in a state of creativity.
