In unserem hektischen Alltag haben wir etwas sehr wichtiges verloren: die Verbindung zur Natur. Wir nehmen uns selbst nicht mehr als Teil der Natur wahr, verlieren den Bezug zu unserer eigenen inneren Natur, zu den natürlichen Rhythmen. Unsere Tiere bringen uns ein Stückweit zurück in die Natur - wenn wir es denn zulassen und den Hundespaziergang nicht mit dem Handy in der Hand verpassen oder unseren Pferden ein menschenstrukturiertes Leben aufzwingen.
Zurück zur Natur! Das ist leichter gesagt als getan, denn wo sollen wir anfangen?

Manchmal müssen wir einen Reset-Knopf drücken und dem Alltag entfliehen, um uns wieder selbst zu finden. Finde deinen Reset inmitten einer Herde selbstbestimmter Pferde im sanften Hügelland ursprünglicher portugiesischer Landschaft. Kommentiere mit 💚 wenn du mehr erfahren möchtest.

In our hectic daily lives, we have lost something vital: our connection to nature. We no longer perceive ourselves as part of nature, losing touch with our own inner nature and natural rhythms. Our animals can bring us back to nature—provided we allow it and don’t miss out on a dog walk by keeping our eyes glued to our phones, or force a human-structured lifestyle upon our horses.
Back to nature! Easier said than done—but where do we begin?
