40lbs Snatches for 40 years!!!

This week I PRed my SA KB Snatch. I wasn’t expecting to increase my weight, but it just felt really good, so I gave it a shot. I have been working with KBs for over 10 years now. Progress is slow, strength takes time, and good technique requires repetition.

So many people asked me how I feel about turning 40. Welp. I feel pretty f-ing good, and really strong. Should I set a new goal for 50lbs for my 50th Bday?
