Making world famous Subaru parts: shifters, end links and more since 1999!
Shift Joints Now Available ⬇️

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The @k4rt30y solid shift joints have been a hit - and those who have installed them so far have shared the same sentiment, which confidence in their gear bangability.

But how does the solid shift joint actually improve bangability?

When one of our engineers (Mark) wanted to take on this project, he did it from a clean sheet design. It features solid stainless machined center cross tubes with press fit bronze bushings, combine that with precision machined stainless crush tubes and you get yourself a bind-free design that still allows you to torque it down properly.

So in short - if your Subarus shifting is feeling sloppy, there’s a good chance it’s time to replace (or upgrade) your shift joint.

Thank you to @3rdleggy for sharing your experience in the improved bangability of your shifter 🙌

Ever wonder where @buckylasek got his passion for Subarus? It all began when he had to make a choice between road racing, and rally. Check out the full story at Kartboy.Com/Lasek to hear all about his skateboarding history, passion for motorsports, and how Lasek By @k4rt30y came to be. #subaru #subaruwrx #subaruimpreza #subie #kartboy by @k4rt30y

A rocket powered Tesla is cool and all that but have you ever seen a rocket powered skate deck? How about a titanium shift knob with a cherry blossom reverse lockout and boot retainer? Or an oil slick color shifting short shifter? I bet you haven’t seen a limited 1/100 console badge in cherry blossom either. And the limited Lasek by Kartboy shirt and stickers are pretty neat too.

Ok- maybe the rocket powered deck isn’t a part of (this) drop - but you can go grab yourself a LIMITED EDITION Lasek by Kartboy Mega Drop Kit while they last! #subaru #subaruwrx #subie #kartboy by @k4rt30y

You may ask yourself - why is the new @k4rt30y stainless steel shift knob a WHOPPING 522 grams? You may also be asking yourself, what is a gram? When @smeedia_ and @mark_c23_kb get to talking, that’s how you end up with a hefty hog of a shift knob that comes in at 1.15 LB. Available now. #subaru #subaruwrx #wrxsti #subie #kartboy by @k4rt30y
