I’ve basically stopped running (but I’m trying to get out and atleast walk more) but today I looked at the calendar and realized it’s October 15. 15 years ago today I went out and did my first run. Today wasn’t easy, but I think it was better than that first run! by @k8truns

A little run/walk before work to move the body and try to shake off a weird dream.

Had some time to kill before my mobile order was ready so for went for a short (and not fast) run/walk.although I think this pace is off - I could not get the GPS to start and my map is really goofy! by @k8truns

Barely any breeze and 45 seconds in my run my Shokz started telling me “Charge Me”. But at the end of my run I met the sweetest, chattiest tail-less baby and that somehow made everything a little bit better. by @k8truns

Hey Florida it’s already hot early. What happened to those REALLY nice days? Oh - must have been when I slacked off (I mean more than I’m slacking off now). by @k8truns

Friday: 5 miles walking around EPCOT.

Saturday: 8 miles walking around Magic Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/EPCOT (also got a free cupcake and saved the galaxy)

Sunday: it was a beautiful morning so I went out for a loop around the neighborhood. About 14 for the weekend. Crazy that I’ve done that much before sunrise before. by @k8truns

Short and slow loop around the neighborhood before grocery shopping. It’s getting really warm really fast. 🥵 by @k8truns

It’s been a hard emotional week 😢 but I forced myself to get out there and do something. No speed goals (who am I kidding? I haven’t run very much in 2026 so I just go out and do what I can). by @k8truns
