Wine and Dine Half review in pictures! Don't let that finish line photos fool you, this was a ROUGH race! That finish was my joy of being DONE!

It's no secret that I was less than enthused with this course, but throw in rain, humidity, and a tropical system brewing off the coast of Florida and you've got a recipe for a bad running day. It can be easy to look at my finish time and feel defeated, but after hearing how just about everyone struggled, I just feel like part of the group. So if yesterday was not your run, remember, not every run is a good one and you can't control the weather. (But maybe next time let's not celebrate perfect weather conditions prior to the race OK?)

Sometimes all you need is a Mermaid Monday to dress up like Ariel to end your day.

What a magical end of the day with the most amazing group of women ❤️ Closed out this ride with my 52 week streak! Being active for an entire year! Bonus points for that ride being Disney themed and stretching after 😂

This week is off to a great and positive start for me, mentally, the physical fatigue is slowly getting better. Going to try my hardest to keep this up hill and positive trend for the rest of the week ❤️

Race for the Taste 10K

More like Party Pace 10K!

Another day where I hung with the group and had a blast. Chatting, complaining about how hot and humid it us, needing a bathroom and water, running through the photopass, and looking for people we know willing to allow a group photo... and did I mention have fun the whole way?!

Tomorrow will NOT be party pace as the weather is supposed to be a repeat of this morning, so the plan will be probably start together and separate as we find our paces. But you better believe j am gonna thoroughly enjoy every second of Hollywood Studios tomorrow! 10 Miler gets done tomorrow and so does earning that sweet Springtime Surprise Challenge medal!

🚶🏻‍♀️Anyone else ever feel like a bit of a misfit or loner?? I know I sure do at times!!

🐀I channeled my inner Bruno for an Encanto group ride tonight with an amazing crew! The music in this movie is amazing and definitely leaves me singing!!

🚴🏻‍♀️ It felt good to get some movement in tonight!! COVID kicked our butts following marathon weekend and then a family health emergency arose this week, so it’s been a lot. Glad to be feeling well enough to move and get back into the swing of things!!

Also, I have to admit that my costume was ON POINT with this sticker I found!!😂😂 Just had to share!!

Tonight we did a group ride of @onepeloton’s Encanto ride with @robinnyc. It did not disappoint and brought out all the feelings! If you haven’t seen the movie, I highly recommend and then if you have the Peloton app DO this ride!

Find you friends who motivate you to push yourself, to be yourself, and to have fun! That’s what I’ve found in this group of girls. Remember you don’t have to carry the weight of the world all on your own when you have friends like family. Love y’all! We even had Bruno lurking on our ride but we won’t talk about that.

I’m feeling so strong that I’ve been able to keep these rides up while pregnant! Now, I’m not trying to set PRs but I continue to show up and move and I hope as he grows up I can continue to set that example!

Y’all! The @encantomovie ride with @robinnyc was everything! I channeled my inner Luisa for this one! 💪🏻 I’ve definitely felt like her and like I had the weight of the world on my shoulders and that I’m not worth something if I don’t carry it. But we must bend or we will break! We must set boundaries and learn to stop or say no when the pressure gets too heavy. 🙌🏻

This ride was pure magic!! ✨ And riding with friends made it even more special!!! 💖🦋

We don’t talk about Bruno 🤫

The @onepeloton Encanto ride with @robinnyc was SO much fun and riding with friends always makes my heart SO full!! This one hit all the emotions too - Robin is just so good with words and saying just what you need to hear 💙

We showed up to be strong, but what a beautiful reminder from @robinnyc that we don’t always have to be the strong one. And I love that we do these rides together, because on the days we aren’t able to be strong - friends hold us up, carry us through, and they are our strength.

The music was perfect, the words were encouraging, the company was the BEST! And y’all….are we gonna talk about Bruno after all!? HOW DO WE NOT!? 😂😂

Happy Merry Monday!!!

It was another fun and festive end to our Monday with a group ride on the bike! {Swipe!🎄❤️} We sweat it out with our boo ✌🏻 @codyrigsby tonight and he had us spinning, singing, dancing, and laughing - exactly how a Cody ride goes! It was such a fun way to kick off this week, and I love these workouts with friends so incredibly much. Seeing everyone on the leaderboard, all the high fives, celebrating milestones, and knowing you are in it together makes it so much better! And things like this are getting me through the holidays with joy in my heart. As I always say and I always will - better together!!! Thank you everyone who joined this one, and huge congrats to some goals being met and some milestones being hit tonight! {I see you @helmsie and @bleighgo 🙌🏻🔥}

Two amazing things happened for me last night! I did a wonderfully holly jolly ride with friends, (my first group ride,) and ... yikes, I bought a @onepeloton Bike+!! ❤️

I'm so excited!!! And anxious. VERY anxious. But mostly excited!!! 🥰

Now, about my @SchwinnFitness IC4. It's a FANTASTIC, high-quality bike with great customer service and a strong community. ❤️ I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative!! My bikes, both at home and the beach, have been my partners for 121 rides, so my feelings of disloyalty are very real this morning. 😞 But after months of careful thought, I've decided to make the full, immersive Peloton leap with a Bike+ at home!

Why? Because out of all the programs and workouts I've tried over the last thirty years ... and believe you me, folks, there's been PLENTY … the Peloton app has been the one that has finally stuck! I've truly enjoyed the wide range of classes this past year, so I'm excited about taking it to the next level and seeing where 2022 takes me!

Major shout-out to @stylenotesbyshannon for answering all my questions and easing my anxiety for hours last night. 🤣 I owe you a drink! 😘
