From once working behind the scenes to now hosting a webinar on authentic communication and conflict navigation for the BBC Studios team.

We talked about how the mindset of intentional, audience-aware communication isn’t just for on-air moments—it’s a superpower in tough conversations, whether at work or at home.

It felt like a full-circle moment: same walls, different purpose. Still guiding people toward clarity and connection, just in a new way.
