I did NOT keep it gangsta, but @k_hart got me through.

Today was our first HYROX simulation.
What did I learn???
- It’s even harder than I imagined.
- I actually don’t mind the wall balls, but need to go lower.
- We will complete this💪🏾.

Big up mi fren @k_hart (it’s not even friends at this point, after 20+ years of friendship it’s family).

Anyway she had a guest pass and invited me down. So I went, it was very different to my gym….spin room, swimming pool, steam room, I mean……👀👀

Let me not knock my gym, because it’s doing what it needs to do, but it was nice to try somewhere else. I’ll be back😊.

August (with a sprinkle of September) was for food and friends.

Ate (and drank) my way through some of my favourite London spots.

Camberwell Arms / Quality Chop House / Casja’s House / Forza Wine (Southbank)
