Approved and protected are not the same thing.

In a Minor’s Compromise, it’s easy to define done as court approval and a signed order. But for the client, done looks different. It looks like knowing what happens at 18, knowing the funds are protected, and knowing the plan actually supports their life beyond the settlement.
