20 miler done with 13+ miles with @urbancowhalf ✅
What an awesome morning!! Started the day by running 7 miles before the race on my own and then running the remaining miles with the race. This has become one of my favorite races! A year ago, this was my first half marathon, and I truly cannot believe the girl that completed the race today. I ran my fastest half marathon today! It’s been a journey and I’m so excited for what’s next! ✨🩷
Big shout to all the runs clubs and the Sac community that came together today to cheer everyone on, it was so fun! And shout out to my coach @salty_linds , I couldn’t do this without you!
Last slide is how I was all day after the race😅😴 by @kaatmm

🥹 Bye @thecolorfulkayak .... for now.

Today was Kayla's last day running with us before moving to the east coast.

Back in April 25, 2025, we serendipitously met Kayla one morning as Yawn Patrol was taking the run club group photo. She stumbled upon us and offered to take the photo for us. We told her she should run with us sometime, and this unfolded into a beautiful friendship that painted life into our running community!

Wishing you the best. Looking forward to seeing you on your next visit!

Davis Labor Day 10k Run @a_change_of_pace 2026
The night before I was trying to plan out my easy miles for the following day (I had 10 scheduled), so last minute I decided to sign up for this race to get some of those miles done with fellow runners while supporting a local run club! It was so fun running and cheering with @corremossacramento , getting to cheer on runners to push to the last corner! Thank you for the extra support at the end! 🧡🫶

Funny enough, I realized way after I finished that I placed Second in my age category and Third Female Sacramento County Resident!! Local runs are so fun, and even better with great company🫶 taken in Davis, California by @kaatmm
