22. listopadu se v Opavě potkáme na charitativním jóga eventu na pomoc zvířátkům, která sama o pomoc požádat nemohou. 💔

Čeká nás den plný jógy, setkávání, marketu, vánoční tematiky, ručně vyráběných výrobků, kávy a dobrého jídla.

Každý příspěvek, malá pomoc i vaše přítomnost mají smysl. Výtěžek z akce poputuje zvířatům z Moravskoslezského spolku na ochranu zvířat.

22. 11. 2026 | Breda Point, Opava
Těšíme se na vás.

“Wellness Yoga” Retreat
📍 Koggala Lake, Sri Lanka
🗒️ 13 - 19 December, 2026
Curated by @leka.yoga @kachenkaz @collectedsoftness

•The RI.Perspective
The Wellness Yoga Retreat explores what it means to care for body and mind in everyday life through movement, rest and stress management. This vision takes shape in the teaching of Katerina Camilleri and Lea Siebert, who guide the experience through a practice inspired by the principles of Yoga Synergy, where strength and gentleness complement one another. Their work with the nervous system encourages participants to recognise their own responses: where tension builds up, how they approach physical effort, and how much they allow themselves to slow down.

Each day begins with a moment of silence, followed by breathing exercises, meditation and dynamic sequences with fluid transitions between postures. Movements inspired by Qi Gong support joint and spinal mobility. Mindfulness and journaling workshops offer time to pause, observe and put into words the sensations, thoughts and emotions that arise throughout the week. In the evening, Yin and Restorative Yoga promote relaxation before a period of stillness at sunset.

The retreat takes place at Lanka Yoga in southern Sri Lanka, on the mangrove-lined shores of Koggala Lake. Founded by Stefan Camilleri after years of training yoga teachers across Asia, the centre grew out of the belief that the setting shapes the quality of learning. Beyond the sessions, a Sri Lankan cooking class and a boat trip offer opportunities to discover the surrounding area and its culture. It is precisely this attention to people and to the natural world that connects Katerina and Lea’s approach with the ethos of Lanka Yoga.

Self care tension release 🌸

Long hours at your desk, sitting and looking at a screen can leave your neck, shoulders and chest feeling tight.

This simple self-massage focuses on an area we often overlook, with gentle pressure, slow movements and belly breathing might help to release the tension. 🤌🏽

Move from your core ࿔

Every posture and every transition should start within your core before it ever reaches your fingertips. When you initiate movement from the inside out, your spine finds instant safety, your joints find space, and your practice transforms from rigid effort into pure, fluid poetry.

We believe that the torso is your power plant. Your arms and legs are just the extensions.
Stop forcing the pose from the outside and rather activate your center, drop the tension, and let the rest of your body follow the movement.

Art. This is what Yoga Synergy means to me. A way of moving, a way of taking care of the body, and my favourite way to dance. A beautiful blend of movement, spinal movements and Qigong. 💙

🎥 @dushspeaksyoga thank you Dushi.

Let us introduce ourselves 🤍 by @kachenkaz

A week with a little more space in it 🧘🏽‍♀️🌞🥥

Morning movement, restorative evenings, nourishing food, time by the lake, a massage, workshops, swimming, exploring the south coast - and plenty of time where absolutely nothing is scheduled.

Our 6-night Wellness Retreat is less about doing more, and more about finding a better balance between movement and rest.

Next retreat: 13-19 December 2026
From €900, all-inclusive.

If you’re someone who loves trying new things and getting into creative projects, you might really enjoy this. It’s the kind of activity you can take your time with, get lost in the details, and slowly watch come together. 🎨 @myart.global thank you 🤍

Let’s remind ourselves: Some things might have made us think they’re not normal, when they actually are. 🤍
