Here’s a snippet of the speed training we have been doing over the past few weeks with brothers Connor and Liam.

Focus has been mostly on acceleration and mechanics to become more explosive and smoother

Every session so far they have set new PB’s and are continually getting faster

you are not the voice in your head.

you are the one who hears that voice.

tell that voice to keep his opinions to himself.

he’s only trying to hold you back.

@sipdrake talks about this - to have the courage to turn around and confront that voice in your head - to be the observer of your thoughts

some saturday morning thoughts for ya while watching the ufc.
