Okay, let’s be real for a sec. Being a CEO / founder / business owner can look super glamorous from the outside (and there are, without a doubt, some v. special moments) but the hard calls you have to make are really HARD sometimes.

These 9 moments really stretched us this year, but we knew they were and are for the best. That’s the job of being an aligned CEO.

What’s the hardest call you made in your biz this year? Tell us below. ❤️‍🩹

Why do so many women come into our community and finally feel so “at home”, like it’s the most welcoming place they’ve ever landed?

Because of the values we built this company of off:
☀️ Generosity
💗 Freedom
👯‍♀️ Connection/Community

When you arrive here, we make you feel the most seen, heard and loved you’ve ever felt in your business, maybe in your life.

There is a seat at our table- and until tonight at midnight you can join us for three bonus months and extend your Aligned CEO method payment plan to 15 months. Allowing you to be in this energy until the end of 2027.

This is the only time of year we do this, so do not miss out! You absolutely belong here!😘 by @kailapilecki_

We’ll die on this hill. 🩷

Knowing this is one thing, but actually knowing what to DO with it (how to price, pitch, retain clients, etc.) is a very different story.

That’s where having a great coach in your corner changes everything. And for the first time ever, there are now TWO ways to work with us inside Aligned CEO Method. 👀

You can join us for 6 months, or go all in on the full 12-month experience if you’re ready to really dig in and build the whole thing with us.

Curious what coaching could look like for you and your business? Comment CEO and we’ll send you the details and application! Or DM us, we’re always happy to chat and answer your questions!!

October is giving cozy-but-focused energy and we are HERE for it. 🍁🥧🍂☕️🎃

These are basically our personality this month- a lot of main character-energy and a firm reminder that your goals don’t have to make sense to anyone else to be worth chasing.

It’s SO easy to shrink your dreams down to what feels “realistic,” but before you talk yourself out of something big, this is your sign to stay a little delusional about what’s possible for you.

A few reminders while you scroll:

🧡 Confidence you haven’t “earned” yet is still allowed.
🧡 The goal was never just money- it’s building a life you actually want to be in.
🧡 Saying no is a full sentence, not a villain arc (even if it feels like one sometimes).
🧡 There’s a seat waiting for you at tables you haven’t even seen yet.
🧡 Ducks in a row, eggs in several baskets, bigger fish fried- you’re more ready than you think.
🧡 Delusion and consistency is just vision.

Which one of these is speaking directly to your soul today?

Ever wonder what actually happens at one of our mastermind retreats? 👀

Last year, our Aligned CEO Method members spent two days together at this stunning estate just outside of Victoria. They formed million-dollar ideas, made real friendships, and participated in live demos that had people raising their rates on the spot!

And on the weekend of October 1-2, we’re doing it all again at same stunning venue!

This one’s exclusive to our active 6-month and 12-month Aligned CEO Method members, and you need to be enrolled through the event dates to attend.

But, if you’re ready to change your business, and yourself in the process, we’d love to welcome you! Comment CEO to learn more, or DM us to start the conversation. 🩷🩷🩷
