Join me for a guided gratitude practice today! 🩷

I do this when my brain is going a million miles an hour and I need to come back down to earth. And yes, I make it a whole sensory experience, because that‘s how I roll:

🎧 Put on some music (I always have something playing)
🕯️ Light your sage or candle, mine’s a local bundle someone gifted me and it smells SO good
☕ Get a hot drink in your hand
📝 Then write down the people, experiences, things, etc. you’re feeling really grateful for right now

It doesn’t have to be deep or earth-shattering. Sunshine, coffee, my health, my baby and my husband are on my list every single day. 🥹

It’s hard to call in more love, money, community, more of anything if we never stop to notice what we’ve already magnetized. Gratitude IS the foundation.

They’re watching all of it. 🥹

I knew I was driven before I became a mom. What I didn’t expect is how much bigger the responsibility feels now that my little guy is watching me. I can’t tell him to go after what he wants if I’m not doing it myself. I get to be living proof of it!

And it’s not just me. Kaila’s daughter recently told her that she wants to be a business coach like her mom. 😭 They notice SO much more than we think.

October is giving cozy-but-focused energy and we are HERE for it. 🍁🥧🍂☕️🎃

These are basically our personality this month- a lot of main character-energy and a firm reminder that your goals don’t have to make sense to anyone else to be worth chasing.

It’s SO easy to shrink your dreams down to what feels “realistic,” but before you talk yourself out of something big, this is your sign to stay a little delusional about what’s possible for you.

A few reminders while you scroll:

🧡 Confidence you haven’t “earned” yet is still allowed.
🧡 The goal was never just money- it’s building a life you actually want to be in.
🧡 Saying no is a full sentence, not a villain arc (even if it feels like one sometimes).
🧡 There’s a seat waiting for you at tables you haven’t even seen yet.
🧡 Ducks in a row, eggs in several baskets, bigger fish fried- you’re more ready than you think.
🧡 Delusion and consistency is just vision.
