✨ Meet Kaitlyn Trowbridge! ✨

We’re shining a spotlight on Kaitlyn Trowbridge, President of @ad2austin! 👋

Kaitlyn is an Associate Director of Programmatic at Jump 450, an Omnicom performance marketing agency, where she focuses on media investment and strategy. She’s been in the advertising industry since 2020, beginning her career at Starcom in Chicago, and recently earned her MBA in Marketing from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

When it comes to advertising, Kaitlyn is all about media! From negotiating media deals and developing strategies that connect to broader business goals to staying on top of industry trends and discovering new opportunities, she loves that the work keeps her learning and on her toes.

One of her favorite Ad 2 Austin events is Pitch Your Agency, an opportunity for young professionals to showcase their agencies, learn about the Austin advertising community, connect across disciplines, and get students involved. (And yes, there’s even a silly banana trophy for the winner.)

Outside of advertising and Ad 2, Kaitlyn has another pretty unique role: professional soccer referee! She’s been officiating since 2010 and has been working in professional leagues since 2020, traveling across the U.S. to officiate games.

At the heart of it all, Kaitlyn is a believer in the power of community - wherever it happens and wherever it appears!

We’re excited to have Kaitlyn and Ad 2 Austin continuing to build community, create opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to the industry!

Some our board members headed to Dallas for @aafdistrict10 Club Officer Training, joining leaders from across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana to share ideas, collaborate, and gear up for the year ahead!

We're bringing what we learned, and the connections we made, back to Austin as we get ready for an exciting year of community, professional growth, and new opportunities 👩‍💻

The end of an era ✨

After three years of juggling part-time coursework, I’m thrilled to be celebrating completing @kelloggschool MBA’s program with a concentration in Marketing 💜

I genuinely believe in the power of community and surrounding yourself with those who are always challenging themselves to push the limits of what is possible. I’m so proud to be a member of the Kellogg community, and I’m so grateful to my classmates for being my sounding board, my cheerleaders, and ultimately helping me navigate this experience! I couldn’t have done it without y’all ☺️

Looking forward to stepping into this next chapter of continuing to embody what it means to be a #kelloggleader and to stay committed to being a life-long learner! Congratulations to the class of 2026 🎉 taken in Welsh-Ryan Arena Northwestern University by @kaitlyntt97
