Ask different people about the same story, and you’ll get different answers. 😊

But perhaps the real question isn't how they would describe it.

“Unmute: Let The Body Speak” with Esther Essien
Reflections I:

You are enough — exactly as you are.
Your voice matters. Your movement matters. Your presence matters.

Nothing can stop the truth that lives within you when you choose to rise.
Not doubt. Not fear. Not the limits others try to place on you.

Stand strong in who you are.
Stand tall in your becoming.
Let your body speak the stories words cannot hold.

You are power.
You are possibility.
You are already more than enough.

Love, when unbalanced, grows fangs.
Its darkness rarely softens—except on days fate feels kind.
Do not gamble with your heart.
Love right… not lost.
