POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Now that the dust from the mound has settled, I’ve been taking some time to reflect. One word that comes to mind is blessed.

There were times I was doubted and times I doubted myself, wondering if this art would ever take me anywhere. This moment proved those thoughts wrong.

Being surrounded by thousands of fans wearing the cap I designed was an incredible feeling, but it still doesn’t compare to having my friends and family there to celebrate this once in a lifetime experience alongside me.

The time I’ve dedicated to my craft has never been about proving to the world that I can do it. More importantly, it’s about showing those who look like me, who grew up wondering if their passion and love for making things could become something bigger than they ever imagined, that it’s possible.

This moment meant more to me than you’ll ever know, and being present to live it is something that will stay with me forever.

I’m grateful for every friend and family member who showed up, but I especially want to thank my beautiful wife @phanary and my son for their endless love and support. You two are my world.

Seeing so many fans wearing this cap truly felt like a fever dream. Even now, it still doesn’t feel real. To be given an opportunity like this is something I’ll never take for granted. I’m incredibly thankful to the @brewers and my dude @itsizzylugo for believing in me.

I’m blessed. Blessed for this moment, blessed to do what I love, and blessed to share it with the people I love most.

Community is everything to me and this is my village.

Thank you so much. I love you guys! by @kaleedesign

Another one!

This really is just for myself and to keep myself busy creatively. Maybe do 2-3 more of these and make them stickers on Instagram officially before the playoffs.

No one asked for these. I’m just making them for fun.

Another one for fun. Making animated stickies for @brewers fans and baseball fans to use while at the game. Will turn these into actual Instagram stickers once I’m done.

Making some @brewers themed animated stickers for fun. Gonna make a bunch and turn them into some insta stickers for folks to use when they’re at the ball game.

Been on a dry stretch for a minute so kicking it off with the first one from that batch. Brewers are currently on a tear atm so gotta make sure I get all these out before the playoffs!

A Wisconsin artist is getting his big break. Ka Lee is collaborating with the Milwaukee Brewers on a special hat that will be given out to the first 10,000 fans at the game on June 2nd. The hat features a modern take on a vintage Barrelman.

“It’s gonna feel pretty surreal seeing it on 10,000 heads, to be honest with you,” Ka Lee said. by @kaleedesign

A few days away from the big day!

To celebrate I wanted to share an illustration I got to work on with the @brewers last year!

Such a fun piece to draw. Thanks to @itsizzylugo for the awesome collab and amazing creative direction.

The little one turned 3 on Monday. We celebrated with friends and family. Life moves fast. Gotta remember to be grateful for the things that truly matter. Made this little invitational thing for his day. by @kaleedesign

MXP Archives 001

Illustrated a tshirt for our last onsite last August. One for design team and one for support.

Sharing some other iterations that didn’t make the cut but were extremely fun to make.

Also included a Timelapse of the creation! by @kaleedesign
