“Y’all don’t understand… we just wanted a space where we feel supported.”

This is what Sweaty & Steady Curvy Girl Run Club Dallas, Texas is about.

A space for Black women, minority women, beginner runners, slow runners, and curvy girl runners to come together, move their bodies, and prioritize their health.

This is bigger than running. This is about community. This is about representation.
This is about showing up for ourselves.

We are creating a safe, supportive running community in Dallas where women can grow, heal, and become stronger mentally and physically.

And we’re just getting started.

If you’ve been looking for a run club in Dallas for beginners or plus size runners, this is your sign.

Join the Sweaty & Steady email list for run dates, locations, and community updates. 💛
