Reaching for that last light 👌🏽

Really stoked on this frame from an unplanned evening in the bike park. I was riding home from another shoot and this dude just casually going to the moon, having the best time. 🚀 🌙

Glad I could snag a few moments from your laid back evening @sorenfarenholtz taken in Kamloops Bike Ranch by @kaltroz

Old Kids - Number 3
When I was connecting the dots between what I admire most in people,
and my personal ‘why’ for making a portrait series about it,
my friend Kaleb was one of the first people on my mind.
He’s got a playful way with a camera that has inspired me for a long time. Like since before social media and before I lived in Kamloops, when I used to refresh the @nsmbteam forums a few times a day in hopes Kaleb had posted new riding photos of @stevint 😅
He’s a husband, and a dad.
He works night shifts and he turns wrenches on trains. I think that’s enough responsibility for most people to forget about their inner kid… but Kaleb’s work with a camera clearly demonstrates why play is so important for us. Because he makes it look too easy.
And whenever I see him lift his eye from behind his camera, I see the child-like smirk and spirit of play that I want this series to be about. by @kaltroz

Watching Graham ride a bike has been one constant thing in life that has never seemed to get old. Capturing his playful style has been a big part in why I’ve kept myself active in mountain bike photography all these years.

Thank you @grahamagassiz and @mindsparkcinema for having me along on this project with @yt_industries . I’m stoked to share a bunch of work over the next while from this one. taken in Kamloops, British Columbia by @kaltroz

Being able to work with the crew at @anthillfilms on a project for @norcobicycles release of the Team DH was something I won’t forget.

Growing up watching the Disorder movies is what got me into riding. The Collective is what made me want to bring a camera with me. That film snowballed a crazy lifelong obsession with cameras & bikes. I started paying attention to the way things were shot, rather than solely watching the riding.

It’s super special to have had to chance to work together. 14 year old me would be stoked. taken in SilverStar Mountain Resort by @kaltroz

Don’t get me wrong, I’m ready for Autumn far more than the next guy. BUT isn’t it nice to see Summer giving us one last show?

Time to toot my horn!

To find out that this photo I took of @jessemunden_ made it to the semi finals of @theillumeawards is like checking off the number one item on my photographic bucket list. To be among the top 750 images out of over 15,000 is insane.

I’m so grateful to share the stage with some of my life long idols. Thank you to anyone that has let me photograph you. I’m fired up! 🍻 taken in Sun Peaks, British Columbia by @kaltroz

I’ve been spending some extra time in the forest with Soren this spring. He recently got a new @transitionbikes TR11 and he’s been taking it to all the places it wants to go. This thing looks good on you dog!
