Hi my name is Kamile Benjamin ✨
✨I’m a qualified facial massage therapist and certified face yoga teacher with a deep passion for wellness and natural beauty. I specialise in lifting facial massage, combining therapeutic touch with mindful techniques and face yoga practices that support both the skin and the nervous system.

✨I help women feel more comfortable in their own skin by creating space to slow down, reconnect, and nurture themselves. My work is about more than appearance – it’s about confidence, self-care, and learning to appreciate your natural features at every stage of life.

✨Through personalised facial massage and face yoga teaching, I support you in releasing tension, improving circulation, and strengthening the facial muscles to encourage a naturally lifted, radiant complexion. I love empowering women with simple techniques they can use at home, helping them feel confident in caring for their skin long after their treatment.

✨My aim is to help you discover your glow from within – a radiance that comes from feeling relaxed, supported, and truly at ease in yourself. Each session is calm, nurturing, and tailored to you, leaving you feeling lifted, refreshed, and more connected to yourself ✨

Some experiences remind you exactly why you fell in love with what you do. ✨

A little while ago, while back home in Lithuania, I had the privilege of training with the incredible Edita, who specialises in iFace deep tissue facial massage techniques.

I first discovered Edita on Instagram, and even through a screen, her knowledge, passion and dedication to facial massage captivated me. So, when she announced her professional training, I knew I had to be there. 🤍

I can honestly say it was one of the most fulfilling learning experiences I’ve had. Finding someone whose passion for facial massage matches my own, and whose knowledge goes far beyond what I expected, was truly inspiring.

I was also fortunate to gain access to her extensive facial anatomy course, exploring how our facial systems function, how the different tissues work together, and why thoughtful, targeted massage can support tissue health and function.

For me, learning never stops. The more I understand the anatomy behind what I do, the more I appreciate the incredible complexity of the face and the importance of working with it, not against it.

I’m so grateful for this experience and excited to keep learning, growing and bringing that knowledge into my treatments. ✨

Thank you, @editapiu.veidomasazai , for sharing your knowledge so generously. 🤍

September was full of everything. 🤍

Some beautiful moments, some challenging ones, and plenty of reminders that life doesn’t always go to plan.

I’m choosing to keep my focus on the positives — on what I can control, what I’m grateful for, and the little things that keep me grounded ✨✨✨

One September Friday, a year ago, I was walking to my very first @_levelupladies networking event.

I was nervous. Full of doubts. And, if I’m honest, wondering what on earth I was doing there. 😅

But deep down, I knew I had to take that next step if I wanted to make my dream work.

Despite all the qualifications under my belt, I remember feeling like an absolute fraud. 🙈

I still remember Jess and Sara’s approving smiles and little nods as I spoke to the group.

They believed in me before I really started believing in myself. ❤️

And since that first event, there have been collaborations, events, coffee mornings, chats, friendships, encouragement and so many wonderful connections.

Being a woman and a solepreneur can sometimes feel lonely. I used to really miss having colleagues, a team and people around me who understood the highs and lows of building something of your own.

I found that in women’s networking.

I’ve met so many incredible women through Level Up Ladies — women who genuinely support, encourage and celebrate each other.

I can honestly say walking through that door one year ago was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business and for myself. ✨

I can’t thank @_levelupladies enough for all the support they’ve shown me.

And Jess & Sara — thank you for your never-ending energy, your contagious laughs and for making networking feel like so much fun. 🥰
