I’m not one to shout about what I do...

Sharing feedback like this feels icky to me. But this is me stepping outside my comfort zone - showing up, and owning what I do.

Conversation Club was never about a name. It’s about the room, and the women in it.

It’s about what happens when you bring women together to talk - properly, honestly without performance or pretence.

Even though I’ve only been talking about my Conversation Club on here since June, this isn’t a new thing. I’ve been holding space; hosting events with meaningful conversation at the heart, for 15 years.

I just hadn’t owned it - until now.

Thank you to every woman who’s ever sat round the table with me. This week, last month, years ago. I’m grateful for every conversation and connection ❤️

I’m excited to welcome more of you into our conversation community.

Laura x

(PS: we’re not limited to St Albans, I host online events too so please don’t let location stop you getting in touch).

Do you know why we are hosting Wellness Fest?

It’s for you 🤩

We are putting this event on because we know that when it gets to October, you are going to need a reset day; a day to recharge your batteries, fill yourself up and remember that you are the most important person to look after.

We are giving you this day because we know that the last quarter of the year is full on, often stressful and with colder weather and darker days, you need a selfcare day more than ever. We know because we are you :)

✨Imagine how much more productive you’ll be after you have enjoyed some relaxing reiki and invigorating breathwork.

✨Imagine how fast those fingers will type after a rejuvenating hand massage and some reflexology.

✨Imagine how much your skin will glow after Firefly light therapy and facial massage.

✨Imagine how switched on you’ll be after you’ve switched off to create a piece of art.

✨Imagine how supported your boobs will feel after you get yourself into a No1bra ;)

You don’t have to imagine, you can be there by booking your space and joining us for the biggest women’s wellness event in Hertfordshire!

Same behavior. Different mindset. Better results.

Your WHY matters. ❤️

Do it from a place of love and respect, not because you need to be “fixed.”

Shout out to the incredible @kamile_face_studio for this important reminder 🙏

This is the kind of mindset we build inside Becoming Free & Strong. 💪

We have carefully calculated the numbers for the biggest women’s wellness event in Hertfordshire so that everyone attending will be able to experience at least 5 treatments / activities.

With that in mind, there are just 7 tickets still available 🎟️

We know there are still many of you who are planning to come along to Wellness Fest to experience the amazing joy of a Level Up event, to support the fantastic charity, @preventbreastcancer and to give yourself a wellness gift 💝

So now is the time to get your space booked, as the song says, what are you waiting for? ☺️🩷

We’ve all spent £35 on a meal that’s over in an hour, sometimes less if you eat as quick as us 🤣

For just £35 a month, a Next Level Membership gives you ongoing support, daily good vibes and joy, opportunities to help you and your business grow and lots more.

Sounds like a pretty good investment 😊

We can’t wait to welcome our next 8 members 🤍

St Albans last night was special because we had 3 new amazing ladies join us, 2 of which it was their very first networking event and wow are we so grateful they chose us for that first experience 🫶🏻

We had an amazing spotlight from @statesofmind3 who is also one of our incredible speakers at Wellness Fest in October 🤍 thank you for your fabulous presentation and tips on what to do when our thoughts spiral 🌀 which we all experience. A good reminder that your thoughts aren’t FACTS!!

What a perfect way to end June 🤍🤍🤍

✨ This year we held 2 wellness events to raise money for @colostomyuk @thehubonverulam

✨We both had lots of help from this charity and wanted to give back and also raise awareness about listening to your body!

✨ Having never organised an event or even know where to start we managed it and met amazing wellness women who wanted to donate their time to helping us raise awareness and money!

✨ Not one of the speakers are friends from before having a stoma for ourselves and it shows how far we have come!

✨ It has been a pleasure to host these events and also so many raffle prizes have been donated, so so many generous wellness hours were won!

✨ If you bought a ticket, helped or won a prize
THANK YOU!!!

✨ Watch this space for another one in 2027!

This week, Kamile @kamile_face_studio joined us to guide a beautiful Face Yoga session. For many of the ladies, it was their first experience, but she made it feel so simple, accessible and relaxing.

We explored facial massage, lymphatic drainage, tension release, sinus support, oil pulling, and natural ways to support healthy, radiant skin.

The questions kept flowing, the conversation continued afterwards, and the feedback says it all. 🤍

A huge thank you to Kamile for bringing such a calm, friendly and knowledgeable presence to our community.

✨ Feel Good Fridays are included inside the 6am Reset
✨ New guest experts every week
✨ Workshop Membership available for £19/month

We created the Spotlight as an opportunity for the Level Up Ladies to showcase who they are and what they do.

Over the last couple of years we have watched so many women step out of their comfort zones and take to the Spotlight floor and it has been incredible!

Seeing them grow in confidence is hands down one of our most favourite things 🫶🏻

Taking the Spotlight at one of our events is such a safe and welcoming space to practise your public speaking, whether you are a confident public speaker or not.

If you would like to be one of our next Spotlights, please comment below ⬇️ or DM us, We can’t wait for the next one!
