New Year, New Perspective.
This year was a rollercoaster of learning to love a version of myself I didn’t recognize. I realized that “bouncing back” is a myth—because you don’t go back to who you were after your heart starts living outside your body.
My body is different because it created Liam, and for that, I am eternally grateful. Motherhood is challenging, beautiful, and the biggest blessing. I’m entering 2026 with a full heart, and a happy family
