Red began as a textile experiment which incorporated everything I learned in my textile course - crochet, felting, tufting and 3D shibori. I used the colour red because for me red is the colour of life - vibrant, deep and powerful.

I made this upcycled 1960's vintage quilt coat last spring and finally got around to putting this reel together. She's soft, cozy, and completely reversible 🌿🍂
