To sit down to write is to tap into the deepest parts of self.
Never knowing where the exploration may go, listening for the call that moves through the soul.
Clearing out the fog so the channel may be clean.
Noticing the sensory experience—all five senses—weaving together like the perfect lock to an internal catacomb. And when it opens, it releases the sacred geometry: a light version of the Seed of Life, orbiting outward through the ether, interconnecting the external and internal worlds.
The great polarity.
An increased understanding of context. Greater learning. Greater expansion.
All to find myself again in the here and now.
The space between the space.
Natural biology aligned with aliveness.
I make my work now part essay, part poem, part narrative—so I can share something with the world that is felt and understood as distinctly human, not artificially created.
And the work begins again….

How do you sumerize a year of life in reflection?

For me this year, there was incredible growth professionally and monetarily. The moments, situations and relationships that helped make that known, were tough and heart filled.

Life conspires to optimize our human growth and potential. It just depends on our previous growth and mindset in how we meet the challenges and opportunities presented.

We are not here to be perfect. We are here to be life long learners of ourselves and the mechanism in which we live.

The question for me in the last decade or so, is how to do this with peace and grace, with balanced understanding and shared reciprocity, With deep self love and extending compassion for humanity, and With clear boundaries centered in self, not self-centered.

The beauty found in living over 40 years, with the expansion and contraction found in mothering another human for 13, is wisdom of gained experience and the continued recognition of each experience as just that, a moment to learn where continued growth lies.

And when we trust self and trust life, the path continues to unfold with grace, protection, love and light because we are living within a bio-ecological intelligence field, with multidimensional extensions, all of which, if we Learn, and allow it, can be tapped into our individual perception and reality.

It is nothing short of incredible to be alive for another year, another day, another moment and I am in celebration and ceremony for the depths of this human experience and the connection and love found along the way.

Very grateful for the becoming.

Happy New Year 🎆

Too present to say to much here, per usual. What I can say is I am a community architect and cooking up some futures goodness. All my presence drives the business I do and all my presence is a reflection of the energetics found within the field of existence itself. by @karaannray
