I totally fog-ot that Instagram existed, but I mist a good pun, and it’s made me quite moody without the them.

A couple weekends ago @diana.in.wanderland and I set off to summit and overnight backpack a lil peak up north for her birthday celebration. The start of the hike delivered the most glorious PNW moods to kick off the birthday party. We transitioned to birthday hats and soon after the views started popping. Moods first, views later

Yesterday was my 35th birthday and it feels like the ad-van-ture has just begun. Meet our new van Colonel Vanders, and although he’s still bare bones on the interior we got to take him up to the mountain with our pups and enjoy my birthday weekend with some amazing people skiing at my favorite resort. Thanks for all the memories everyone. And I’m excited for what this next phase in my life looks like taken in Washington by @karina.b.wild

Beauty is only ski-n deep. This was our first true Japow day, and it changed me forever. It truly felt like I was flying in waist deep snow. The stoke was so high, the vibes electric, and the company with the company @type.two.three was incomparable. I could live this day over and over and still be in love with Japan skiing

Lightening my load by off-loading some backpacking pics from this summer. Proof I did in fact go backpacking this summer despite being several months late posting.

There’s a load to love about backpacking, but the people are what make the experience loads better.

Bubbling with joy over Hood to Coast tomorrow. So I’d thought I’d get around to posting H2C’s smaller cousin the Seabrook relay we did back in May. Not sponsored by @cocacola but definitely fueled and motivated by them as well as laughs and bubbles. I’m so excited to be reunited with my team for an epic couple of days

I have many shortcomings but my new short hair isn’t one of them. First ig photos without my long locks and the only thing I can think of is how I want to cut it even shorter 😈

Do I half to? Run a half marathon with your friends? 1000% yes 🎉.

Matching outfits, start line party, hype squad the whole way through, and so many other amazing memories from this half marathon a little over a month ago. I was mid 50k training so although I didn’t run to PR, I got to celebrate my friends who did and that almost feels sweeter of a reward. Plus a massage provided by the race after finishing 10000/10.

Mary’s Peak 50k was a peak adventure. So glad to have finally completed this course after not being able to run it last year due to injuries. This is definitely a tough one to run, which made finishing feel like even more of an accomplishment taken in Oregon by @karina.b.wild
