"Waiting." (Coyote Pup) Oil on linen, 10 x 8 inches.
This little pup was one of four pups. They had been outside of their den, playing in the sun. The other three got tired and went back into their den, but this little pup sat alone, waiting for Mom. 🧡

Shady Spot. (Black Tailed Jackrabbit) Oil on Canvas. 24 x 30 inches.

I may have gone a little crazy with color on this one...
I've been seeing a pair of jackrabbits near our property this spring and it makes me so happy! I'm hoping for more. It's possible they're a mated pair.
New.

This is one of my favorite birds that visits the bird baths I put in the yard. A Spotted Towhee.
Oil on canvas. I think it's 8 x 10 inches, but I'm not at home and I forgot to measure it. 🙄🤪

Another painting done on an old painting.

We had a discussion last night about what this raven's name should be. No definite consensus was reached.
Thoughts?

This is oil on board, 12 x 9 inches. New.

I'm using up some supplies that I've had sitting around, and I must tell you that the soft background in this painting was a remnant of a painting I had wiped off.
Sometimes, failures become part of something cool, which is helpful!

This is a quick little study, inspired by one of the cottontails that visited our yard in the summer to graze on flowers.
Oil on canvas, 10 x 8 inches.

This is just bunny therapy, to cheer me (and hopefully you?) up. Hope it works.
