Reflection 🏋🏻

The last 12 months I’ve been trying something different. I went in to the biggest bulk period I’ve ever done. I learnt a lot from it and I pushed myself like I’ve never pushed myself before. I felt like I got stronger and also felt I was building mass.

But on the flip side of this it also brought out a lot of my insecurities as the time in a bulk went on my body become less ‘lean’ and that ended up having a big impact on me when I was looking in the mirror.

Then the comparison from how I felt on my holiday in July to how I did on my holiday this month has been massive & that was simply down to being more lean, so for me if this is the game changer as I know now what definitely will work for me going forward and this is the whole point of trying something & growing from it.

So my goal now is to spend a short period of time to get a little more lean following holiday, find my maintenance level then do a small winter bulk, then move back in to a lean/maintain period so I spend more time over Spring & Summer being in the shape I want to be in.

This last year working with @peakconfidenceaaron has been amazing, he’s been such an important part of this journey for me, I’ve learnt so much from him, he has put up with my meltdowns and been my biggest cheerleader. We have a plan for the coming months and I’m excited to move in to then a next chapter for me & my fitness journey. Bring it on 💪🏼
