I thought postpartum would mostly look like soaking up newborn cuddles and learning how to care for a baby… not learning how to survive on broken sleep, cold coffees, overstimulation and figuring out who YOU are now too.

These last 12 weeks have honestly been equal parts hard and beautiful. One minute I feel completely exhausted and overstimulated… then a quiet moment together and suddenly it all doesn’t feel quite so heavy.

It’s been messy, emotional, exhausting and the best thing I’ve ever done all at once 🤍 by @karly_merau

A beautiful life. The art of noticing through our lenses.
Content has consistently moved in a direction of volume, at MD Media, we constantly remind our people of “intention” adding meaning and purpose to every post.

Slowing down on volume and instead being purposeful in the creation of each video, letting people feel the reality you’re creating; even if it’s just for a moment. taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @karly_merau

Winter mornings hit different—frost in the air, silence in the streets, and motion cutting through the cold. This is where discipline meets cinema. taken in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia by @karly_merau
