Some places don’t just serve a meal — they make you want to linger a little longer.

Tucked inside the beautifully restored @hotelpeterandpaul, the @elysianbarnola feels like stepping into another era.

Between the golden drapery, cathedral ceilings, and warm glow around every corner, it’s the kind of place that reminds me why I love a boutique experience ✨

🍳 For brunch I ordered The Elysian Breakfast w an aperol spritz, bc who says you can’t have scrambled eggs with a spritz? lol

Austin has no shortage of places to stay, but this one stood out for its thoughtful design, peaceful atmosphere, and a few unexpected residents… 🦚 With a luxury spa opening in 2028 this isn’t one to miss!

I wasn’t expecting Bath to become one of my favorite stops in England… but here we are 🤍

If you’re visiting London, don’t overlook Bath. It’s an easy day trip (just over an hour by train) and completely exceeded my expectations!

A few places I’d recommend:

🚆 Take the train from Paddington Station to Bath Spa (about 1 hour 20 minutes).

🏛️ Walk through The Circus — one of Bath’s most iconic landmarks. If you’re a Bridgerton fan, you’ll recognize Bath from many scenes throughout the series.

🏨 Stay at @theyardinbath — a beautiful boutique hotel within walking distance of everything.

🥐 Grab a pastry and coffee from @landracebakery — If they’re available, don’t skip the cardamom bun, cinnamon bun, or Eccles cake.

🛍️ Wander Milsom Street and New Bond Street for the cutest shopping!

🍝 Have dinner at @solinapasta ... steal my dinner: start w the focaccia, aperol spritz, slow cooked beef rigatoni, and wrap it up w the strawberry ice cream 🤌🏻

🌅 End the day at Alexandra Park for one of the best sunset views over Bath — grab an uber after dinner and head straight up to the lookout spot.

One of my favorite bakery discoveries in London 👀

Beautiful interiors, incredible pastries, and the kind of place that makes you want to slow down and stay a while.

When in London, this one’s worth adding to your list. If visiting on the weekend, arrive early — or come prepared to wait in line. Trust me, it’s worth it 😋
